Sell My House Myself

by David M
(United States Of America)

My tenant wants to buy the house she's renting from me. How do I sell it myself without a realtor?

-----------------------------------------------------------

Hello David

Investor property owners often find themselves in this classic situation. On the surface it may appear the ideal situation to "- sell my house myself -" however what you may never know is; How much more can or will the best purchaser in the market place be prepared to pay you for that property?

Indifferently you could be foregoing thousands.

A skillful third party negotiator will be best placed to source this information from the market place, on your part.

If, however, you are keen to pursue the Tenant, simply formalize your agreement together with any terms and conditions either party may also require in writing, and with a Solicitor or Conveyancer, depending on whichever may apply in your country/city in accordance with the statutory requirements to do so, for and on behalf of either, or both parties.

Best Wishes + Happy Selling!
