Increase Home Value with a 2nd Bathroom We are thinking of selling our house in a year or two and want to do some renovating to increase the value of our home. Is it better to finish off the basement, add a second bathroom, add an outdoor deck, or update the kitchen? We don't want to spend more than $5,000.
